On site
- Scaffold tower up before any roof work starts. Edge protection in place.
- Hard hats, harnesses, respirator masks for chimney stripping.
- Daily site brief before tools come out.
- Weather watch. We don't work in unsafe wind or driving rain.
- Compliance with Work at Height Regulations 2005 and CDM 2015.
Property protection
- Ground protection laid before scaffold goes up.
- Garden, plants, paths and driveways covered.
- Skip placement agreed with you before delivery.
- Magnetic sweep for nails when scaffold comes down.
- Daily clear-up, not just end-of-job.
Quality control
- Photos and video taken at every stage.
- Approved installer for major manufacturer products (Marley, Russell, Tata Steel, Welsh slate suppliers).
- Customer walk-through before we leave site.
- On chimney rebuilds, the carved bird figurine goes on top before sign-off.
