First contact
Call Danny on 0114 555 0123 or send a few photos. Same-day reply on most enquiries, by phone or email, your choice.
Site visit
Danny comes out, up the ladder, photos and video of the roof. Loft check where relevant. Free and no pressure.
Written quote
Detailed scope, materials, timeline, and price. Sent to your inbox. No hidden costs.
Material selection
Welsh slate, Yorkshire stone, Marley, Russell, Sandtoft. We bring samples and talk you through what fits the property and budget.
Job booked in
Start and finish dates confirmed in writing. Materials lined up. Scaffold ordered.
Scaffold up, site prep
Day before: ground protection laid, garden covered, skip delivered, scaffold erected with edge protection.
Strip and inspect
Old roof stripped to deck. Battens, breathable underlay, and timbers checked. Anything rotten gets replaced before the new roof goes on.
New roof fitted
Breathable membrane, new battens, slate or tile per spec, lead flashings dressed in, dry-fix ridge and verge.
Walk-through
You see the finished roof from ground level and inside the loft. Anything you want adjusted, we adjust before we leave.
Site cleared, warranty issued
Skip lifted, ground protection up, site swept. Manufacturer warranty plus our 10-year workmanship warranty in your hand. On a chimney rebuild, the carved bird figurine goes on top.
