1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Northgate Roofing Co website and the provision of our roofing services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Northgate Roofing Co provides roofing services including roof repairs, new roofs, re-roofing, flat roofing, guttering, fascias, soffits, and chimney work. All work is carried out in accordance with current UK building regulations and health and safety standards.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Prices may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial quote
• Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences

4. Workmanship Guarantee

All roofing work carried out by Northgate Roofing Co comes with a workmanship guarantee. The duration of the guarantee will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately where applicable.

5. Weather Delays

Roofing work is weather-dependent. We will make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe, but delays caused by adverse weather conditions are beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any weather-related delays and reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

6. Materials

We use quality materials from reputable suppliers. Where specific materials are agreed upon in the quote, we will use those materials. If a specified material becomes unavailable, we will consult with you before using an alternative of equal or better quality.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work site
• Inform us of any known hazards or restrictions on the property
• Ensure vehicles and belongings are moved from the work area where necessary
• Obtain any necessary planning permissions or building control approvals (we can advise on this)

8. Health and Safety

We take health and safety seriously. All our roofers are experienced and fully trained. We carry full public liability and employer liability insurance. We comply with all relevant UK health and safety legislation, including working at height regulations.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge to cover costs already committed, such as materials ordered.

10. Liability

Northgate Roofing Co is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property that is not related to our work. Any additional work discovered during the project will be discussed and agreed upon with you before proceeding.
