Schedule
Pick a start date. We confirm materials are in, scaffold is booked, and the weather window looks workable.
Site prep
Day before: sheeting on landscaping, ground protection where needed, skip in position.
Strip and inspect
Old covering off, decking and battens inspected, rotten timber replaced as we go.
New roof on
Underlay, flashings, new tiles or slates per spec. Ridge and verge fixed to current standard.
Walk-around
You and us, around the property. Photos, snags noted, your sign-off.
Clean up
